Embrace Baby's First Hours

A Sisterly Guide to What to do With Your Fresh-Born Baby

Embrace Baby's First Hours is a mini-course puled from the full Embrace Course (it's phase 4). It takes an in-depth look at the part you might not think about: the first 2-3 hours after your baby is born, in which all sorts of vital transitions and adjustments are being made by both you and your baby as well as a time when many decisions about your baby's introduction to the world have to be made.

Embrace Baby's First Hours is perfect for you if you're aware that you might have a gap in your knowledge for what comes right after the birth.

This course is designed to help you and your baby have the most beautiful, healthy, protected introduction to one another that you could possibly have.

Does it matter if I'm planning a hospital birth or a home birth?
Nope. The principles you'll learn about here apply in either place. The course addresses the fact that in a hospital setting you may have a little more work to do to get there, but it is possible!
